Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, I bring a genuine love of people and culture to everything I do. With over 11 years in the multifamily apartment industry, I’ve built deep expertise in property management, operations, and investment strategy, and as co-founder of Chico Property Management and a Realtor® with eXp Realty, I combine that hands-on experience with modern real estate insight.
My approach is simple: treat every client’s investment like my own. Whether you’re growing a portfolio or optimizing what you have, I’m here to guide you with transparency, care, and a results-driven mindset.
With 30+ years spanning hospitality, logistics, and real estate, I’ve built my career around one thing; creating lasting value for the people I partner with. As Managing Partner of Chico Property Management and CEO of Suncoast Hospitality Management Group, I bring a full-service approach to short, mid, and long-term rentals across South Florida, covering everything from acquisition and renovation to marketing and day-to-day operations.
My background running national sales at C.H. Robinson and founding Sun-Coast Hospitality, which supplied ATM, laundry, and vending solutions to hotels across Florida, gave me a strong foundation in operational excellence and relationship-driven business. Today, I put all of that to work helping property owners maximize performance without the stress. Always open to new opportunities and conversations.
